Lawyer Siddhartha Dave pictured below pretends to be a liberal and a feminist man. 

In 2018, he threatened and abused me in the Supreme Court corridor and told the people he was then standing with (Huzefa Ahmadi and Vibha Dutta Makhija) that I should not be allowed inside the Supreme Court and that I was ruining a man's life. Siddhartha Dave has victimised me. 

I am the woman lawyer who has had the courage to expose Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala as serial sex predators. I have made complaints that I was sexually harassed by Raian Karanjawala who also attempted sexual assault. I have also complained that I was both sexually harassed and sexually assaulted by Soli Sorabjee.

Lawyer D K Sharma on 13 May 2019 twice threatened to physically assault me in the Delhi High Court lawyers cafeteria. He was about to hit me and had to be physically restrained. 

He was rude to me and I told him that I would not tolerate his insulting behavior. He then got up, threatened me, told me he would hit me with one hard blow and that I would fall. He then again came close to me in a threatening manner, invaded my body space, again threatened to hit me and was about to hit me when some lawyers physically restrained him. I actually thought he would hit me and was afraid. He also called me "Bhikharan", which is a derogatory Hindi word for a female beggar. 

This happened in the presence of senior lawyer Ramesh Gupta  who is a council member of the Bar Council of Delhi. Ramesh Gupta kept silent and went on to have lunch siting next to D K Sharma. 

After the incident several lawyers congratulated D K Sharma. 

The lawyers who witnessed the incident can be seen in this video and in these pictures. 

This video was taken immediately after this incident happened. Once can see a lawyer with his hand on D K Sharma. This man had restrained D K Sharma. Notice the behavior of the other lawyers acting as if nothing untoward had happened.

Lawyer Akhil Sibal gas-lighted me today. Told me laughing "you are looking hale and hearty" when I reminded him that I am before the Supreme Court complaining of poisoning.  This amounts to facilitation of poisoning. At the very least it amounts to a reckless, irresponsible, and immoral comment made to someone who has exposed corruption by General Electric Company in the Marhora Rail diesel locomotive Project as a witness and whistle-blower and to a woman lawyer who has made sexual harassment and sexual assault complaints against lawyers Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee and exposed them as dangerous serial sex predators. And a woman lawyer who is making complaints of poisoning. 

And on my request for financial assistance, his answer was - lets wait. I have been literally begging him for over two months. 

Looks like the plan is to wait for me to die or collapse.

Lawyer Sudhir Chandra Agarwala gaslights, abuses and threatens Seema Sapra in attempt to cover up her complaints of poisoning #MeToo $GE #GE

On 25 April 2019, Seema Sapra requested lawyer Sudhir Chandra Agarwala for financial assistance. She told him that she was being poisoned and that her life was in danger. 

Sudhir Chandra Agarwala laughed at her and told her "I do not believe you". He then went on to shout at Seema Sapra, abuse her and threaten her. He told her that "I will see you through." 

Sudhir Chandra Agarwala's son Kanishka Agarwala is a lawyer at Anderson Kill in New York. 

Ms Sapra is being poisoned. Lawyers like Sudhir Chandra Agarwala are being used to cover up her complaints of poisoning and to gaslight her. 

Lawyer Viraj Datar lied to Seema Sapra on 12 April 2019 that Delhi High Court Judge Sanjeev Sachdeva would not attend Court after lunch with a criminal intent to make her miss her scheduled court hearing

On 12 April 2019, Criminal Contempt Case 3/2012 was listed before a Delhi High Court Bench of J. Sanjeev Sachdeva and J. Chander Shekhar. Seema Sapra had to appear. She had inadvertently failed to appear on the previous hearing on 15 March 2019. As a result on 15 March the Bench had issued a default notice to Seema Sapra. 

On 11 April 2019, Seema Sapra was in the Bar Room on the second floor of the main building of the Delhi High Court when she received a phone call informing her of the hearing on 12 April. Viraj Datar was sitting there and heard this conversation take place where Ms Sapra told the caller that she knew of the last order and of the hearing on 12 April and that she would appear. 

Note that in case Ms Sapra failed to appear in the case on 12 April also, the Bench could have issued arrest warrants for her. 

On 12 April 2019, Seema Sapra was poisoned using some chemical agents inside the Delhi High Court. She was sitting in the lawyers cafeteria in the morning. Viraj Datar was also there. She left the cafe and walked toward the main building. Viraj Datar followed her and entered the elevator with her. Viraj Datar then told Ms Sapra that J. Sanjeev Sachdeva was not holding court after 12.30 pm that day and that her case would not be taken up. 

The Petitioner made her own inquiries with J. Sanjeev Sachdeva's court-master and learnt that the Bench would assemble after lunch. 

Later around 2 or 2.30 pm, Seema Sapra again saw Viraj Datar and he again told her that J, Sanjeev Sachdeva's court would not convene. 

The Petitioner appeared in her case before J. Sanjeev Sachdeva and J. Chander Shekhar on 12 April at 3.30pm. 

Lawyer Viraj Datar deliberately lied to Seema Sapra on 12 April 2019 with the intent to deceive her into missing the court hearing that day which could have led to the issuance of arrest warrants against her. 

Lawyer S S Chadha abused Seema Sapra in Delhi High Court lawyers' cafeteria on 24 April 2019

A lawyer called S S Chadha has been targeting me in the Delhi High Court for the last 4-5 years.

On 24 April 2019, S S Chadha abused me in the Delhi High Court lawyers cafeteria by saying "tu toh paagal hi hai". Translated it means: You are mentally insane.

On 15-16 April, 2019 I spoke with lawyer Sanjoy Ghose in the Delhi High Court. I showed him a copy of IA No. 62789/2019 which I filed in the Supreme Court on 12 April 2019 in Writ Petition Civil No. 13 of 2018. I am claiming before the Supreme Court that I am being poisoned.
